It's warmer - but colder again tonight when the MacArthurs had a Flinch party for Mrs. Penfield! We had a very good time - played 6. Feb 2. Thurs Very cold. Sibley's to lunch a regular blizzard tonight - so I didn't go to "Berlin" at the High School. The Hartigans asked us to give a room to their friend Mr. Mack a traveling man, who couldn't get in any hotel - all crowded. Feb 3. Fri. Very busy again now JW's back clear and cold. Sat. my busiest day of Feb 4. Sat. all - till 15 min of six & then not thro' Gave a very impromptu Flinch party tonight. Lura & Mrs. P. said they'd come over after dinner. They phoned Laura, Edith happened in so I asked her. & phoned Mary (Nellie had to work) They all came two had a very nice time. At least all seemed to. Played on the sitting room table. Floss had a friend Walter Moore here from Syracuse Staid up my late. Took a hot bath.
