Cold again. Made stocks for Mother tonight
and played Flinch. Sat. Bright & cold. Went

to the "Y" to dinner with Helen. She's going to Chillicothe. Letters From
Alice, Edith & Con. Wrote tonight.

Cold and windy. Went to call on Frank &
Lilian, this p.m. L's girl goes tomorrow. She looks much better, but
pale. Hamilton was there. We sat in the
kitchen & Frank made toffy. When

I left we went to
Chattie's. Staid to supper - was real "devilish"
& C. & I smoked with Hamilton! (a little)
Helen came later. Had a nice visit, Chattie
lent me "Elizabeth in Rügen"
