Mar. 2. Thurs.J.G. went to N.Y. early this morning.
Busy and tired. That's getting as monotonous as the "real boys" "brite & fare"!
Mar. 3. Fri.The Dentist's again. It was the Real Thing today & hurt "quite some"
during the excavation. The rest of the process isn't a circumstance to having
gold hammered in!
Mar. 4. Sat.Pres. Roosevelt's real Inauguration Day. Went to the
"Y" at six & had a nice chat with Helen. In the evening went with
Edith to the Lyceum & we sat next to
Charlotte & "George
". Saw Ibsen's "When We Dead Awake" with
Fred'k Lewis. It was pretty awful. I had to hold
Chattie's hand. The last scene - in the
mountain tops - was magnificent.
