Mar. 19 Sun. Went over to Lura's this p.m. It was gray and dry and I didn't wear rubbers but it sprinkled before I got there and snowed when I came home! Pierre Remington (Mrs. Penfield's son) was there and Laura H. & her mother had brought Thelma

to sing for Mr. Trapp, but he and Mrs. Penfield had gone to town for a church position and to see Mrs. Bellamy and didn't get back till the Hutchinson's & Thelma
had gone. She sang one song for us, and played. Mr. Coe is getting ready to go west with Eleanor & Mrs. P. may come and live with the Bakers. We had quite a jolly supper and Mr. Trapp sang - well - and he & Mr. R.
left for Syracuse before nine. Mar. 20. Just busy all day - like every Monday lately. Mar. 21 Tues Went to Mabel's Kintergarten show today at the St. Baptist church. Chat, Hamilton, Lura, Edith, Nellie & Mary were there and we all sat together. It was very funny, if one had ever seen her real Kintergarten especially. Afterward Hamilton took us all (but the MacArthur's) to the White Kitchen for blue-points-on-the-half-shell, toast & coffee. Then Edith got her car & we all went to a fire up on South Avenue and finally home! I won the 50-game Flinch contest with Mother (for fudge) but it was very close 26 to 24! Mar.22. Wed. Mother's wedding day. Gave her blue challi for a dress. JWC went to N.Y.! Began new Flinch contest.
