Feb. 15 Wed. Very grippy today. I wouldn't have gone out for anything but the Perfects Reunion tonight. It was at Rogers' with the usual "opening performances" in which they looked as tho' they didn't expect us &c. &c. They all seemed to have a good time tho' and the supper was fine. The oysters in the oyster cocktails were very big and Nellie's and Mabel's pictures very funny. We played 5 handed Pedro afterward and Mabel got first prize - a handkerchief - and Lura the booby. Almost had a chill, coming home. Feb. 16. Thurs. Still very cold. Managed to drag myself over to the High School to Raymond's last lecture "London" which was very good. Sat next to Frank & Lillian Davis, with Edith & little "Anna
". James and his mother come there too. Feb. 17. Fri. Couldn't stand it any longer so came home after lunch at Sibley's with GCB & went to bed and slept quite a bit. Read "Graustark" later. Feb. 18. Sat. Staid in bed till noon. Then got up and went to the office feeling much better. Lura's to dinner & then went with her & Laura and Mary to the top gallery to see "Cissie Loftus" in "The Serio - Comic Governors". It was very good - just like the book, which I've read. Rode home with Dolores Caring. Feb. 19. Sun. Dear Zozie came home. He'd been gone since Friday! Claude came just after he did - to "inquire". I made blue prints and loafed all the p.m. & evening. Florence Charlton sat in my room awhile.
