Stormy, but Edith Andrews came over and Con and staid to supper - Edith Joiner too, but she went home early. We had a real jolly time - tho' I did have on my old wrapper, the new one not being done! Feb. 5. Thurs. Papa and I went up in the gallery and heard Irving and Terry in "The Bells" and "Nance Oldfield" tonight and enjoyed it immensely. I feel lots more as tho' I'd seen them than I did after London. "Nance" was quaint and cute and funny and "Bells" was weird and agonizing. both beautifully staged, of course and all that.
