Sept. 11 Thurs. Office again - but J.G. is away and J.W. sick with an abscess in his ear - so its rather easy - tho' some work has accumulated. Had a roll of film developed by the new Kodak Machine Developer - So did Flack. The man gave me a roll he had just developed - of Rutgers Street - or up that way - and the canal. Read tonight, and talked - and "Zozied". Sept. 20 Sat. J.G. is just home today. Has been away ever since I got back and I have been able to catch up my work. The weather has been mostly very fine. Got my photos off and have heard from Alice and Con and Mrs. Dickerson &c. Have been to Lura's (whos's busy basket making) Miss Scott

is there now. Also went to Davis's. Saw Helen's Island pictures and had a nice visit, Charlotte & Hamilton may go to Squirrel Inn. Last Sunday walked up to Cro'nest with Claude. This week he has gone to Syracuse. He has been playing tennis a good bit at the Country Club. Papa went to the Hill yesterday. Edith and I are busy seeing about the Perfects' Reunion. We are the Committee this year. We have a lot of fool-looking men's pictures to write poems for - for fortunes and our pictures - the backs! Sept. 21 Sun. Lovely warm sunny day.
