Oct 27 TuesdayMrs. Andrews from Dansville came
for a few days shopping tonight. We spent the evening at home
"visiting" -
Mr. Neiner introduced us to his "Harriette"

Very pleasant day (It was humid yesterday)
Mrs. Andrews shopped and called on the
Brides with Mother. We three lunched to- gether
at Sibley's. Tonight all four of
us went to see the "Everyman" Company
in "Twelfth Night" - given in the old Elizabethan way.
Miss Matheson
made a lovely Viola and Malvolio
was also especially good - we all enjoyed it.
Oct. 29. Thurs.J.G. is back - looking fine. He got home last night
and there was a great celebration and welcome down- town. He is
evidently feeling very "fit".

this p.m. I went to supper at the Industrial
School Donation with the Moshers.
Davis's &c. as Mr.
Seward
's guest. Then walked home with Mother.
Oct. 30 Fri.J.G. busy making speeches and election - eering
now-a-days - A very busy day for me. Lunched with Papa at
Sibley's at noon and at five went
out with Flack and
young Pike.
