Mch. 27th Monday This has been a bad March, freezing and snowing and thawing. I’ve been picking along as usual. We’ve been to the Shubert Stock Company every week. “Christopher Jr.” and “The Jilt" and Sunday

the 19th Seven of the 12 P's Chat, Helen, Lura, Mary, Nellie , Edith & I were at Lura's to supper & had a good old-fashioned visit
(20th)
The next morning Helen's little Phyllis
 died - after only two hours' sickness. Her little heart was weak. I went up there once or twice & to the funeral the next afternoon. Will kindly provided seats in the carriage for Edith and me. It’s better so - but I'm sorry for Will I sent papers away & had a nice note from Gene Andrews & one from the Nourses &c. Con comes here to dinner Sundays and yesterday Edith was here too and Mary came up afterward and we went up to Lura’s - She’s been sick. Yesterday p.m. I went shopping with Chat. Perhaps Mary will move up an Greig St. I’ll be so glad. Con’s been to N.Y. & New Haven & took pictures with my camera. He brought me a shirt waist.
