” took Miss Phillips and went up the Mountain and actually got back in time for 1:30 dinner. It seems we lost the trail early the other day and had prodigious climbing - all wrong – I ripped my pillow open & with Miss Elliot & Miss Snow cut balsam most of the morning - first in the camp and then in the
