I have also been to supper in the park with Con - & to kite - flying - and lunched down town a few times with Edith or Mary or both – once with Will Orchard, who was here to distribute some of Helen's things. He gave me one of the opals Helen was to give me – and one to Charlotte - & one he wanted (in his way!) Edith to have, but she gave it to Mary who took it & had it mounted at once. He gave me Ned’s lovely umbrella & a number of other things. One
