Mrs. Mix’s and
Mrs. Chapman’s were beauties.
They sold a pretty little yellow & white cat “Queen Mab” – alias
“Wellesley” auction for $10.00 – altogether it was great fun.
Mr. & Mrs. Cutler went and showed great interest
in our cats – Especially Zozo!
Nov. 28. Thurs.Thanksgiving Day – and a fine snowy one. I went to church at
the Central in the morning and heard a good sermon by
Dr. Taylor. Claude was
home – we had our dinner alone and turkey, of course. In the
afternoon Mother
and I went up to Claude’s house
which is going on well. Met Geo
Humphrey as we came away. I then went to Davis’s and had a pleasant visit and
supper. Mary is in
Worcester till New Years & then comes
back to Satterlee, Yeoman & Taylor'sDec 1. Sun.
hours “nine to five” – Sunday, I had the grippe again – like last
year - was good and sick too. Had Dr.
Davis & by Monday p.m. went to
Dec 2 Mon.
the office – we being very busy indeed.
