afterwards we went to
Seneca Park and “fed the ducks”
which are roaringly funny. We also looked at the bears and things
and I went home to supper with Chat.
We telephoned
Mary. She has a new phone – a
Bell. Chase 946 21(!). She left Smith Perkins
the first of the month and I have been looking for a position for
her. She might have had one at
G.E. Merchant’s. She refused one in Boston.
