Very many people spoke about them and they certainly did look cunning – all clean and white on a green velvet cushion. The judge said a lot of nice things to me about Zozo. Praised his eyes and his coat especially – and everyone remarked on the their “nice faces”! Mary & Edith and I went Wednesday Thursday night and I went again Thursday – and took Frank Davis around. Con was there too &c.

Saturday I went to Burton Holmes' Paris Exposition lecture – sat near Mary & her mother – and afterward Mary and I did errands – went to Whittle's for chocolate, Lura’s, Glenny's, Sibley's
