and to the Pan-American grounds
– stopping to see Claude’s &
Mr. Cary’s
N.Y. State Bldg. in the edge of the park. The grounds and
buildings are well along and promise to be very beautiful indeed. We
wandered about and took a few pictures and rode in the lovely
poplar- paths and were much interested. The main plaza with the
vista of buildings is simply fine. Then we rode into the Park
and all about beautiful road and bicycle paths and finally rested
near one of the golf teeing grounds & then visited the
Zoo. They have a fine little herd of American Bison’s -
I wish I could have got near enough to get a picture. The bears were
very fine. I tried to take a white one. It was too dark for the
funniest one – a dirty grizzley color - & the big fat happy
looking brown one. After
