The next day Harry Wilkinson was in town & came up and called late early in the evening or late in the afternoon. His sister was here to the Women’s Federation that week (Miss Charlotte Wilkinson) & Claude invited us to lunch.

At thePowers, with Con one day and

on Thursday we had another of our nice teas at Mrs. Hoyt's. An unusually delightful one. The

next day (Friday) I went to the Federation a little while, at noon with Mrs. Hoyt and in the afternoon took the Empire State at 3:25 a.m route for Toronto. Waited an hour in Buffalo (supper & a walk & over hot chocolate) and then on to Canada, arriving at Toronto at 9 p.m. Hilda and Mr. Dymond
were both there to meet me – and both looking nice & familiar & dear. Mr. D.
had his bicycle so put us on the car and when we got into Hilda’s nice little room in College St. I met Dr. Bertha
