I gave each of the girls the Pleasant Pt. picture of Helen – they seemed much pleased. We had a very jolly evening – Mary’s break this time was that she tho’t Helen Davis' glasses were a new thing! Edith came & staid with me that night to help carry home my stuff. She tho’t my hair mattress was lovely. Mama has been more or less sick for a week & went to Dr. Biegler. Before the 12 Perfects Dinner, Thursday I went up to Mrs. Hoyt’s to a
