I went over to see Nellie Jones but she wasn't home. so I went over to Ned's. Found Frank Davis there and they were going to take a satchel of things down to Edith's & go to church. They coaxed me & go to - so I did. We talked "Worlds Fair" and Ned has a letter from her Aunt which she don't like & wants to get rooms where I do etc. Frank's father has a scheme, too. We ate a little candy at Edith's while she & Ned fixed their hair) and then all went to church & heard Kirkpatrick preach quite a sensible sermon and Freddy & Stimson sing very nicely indeed. Edith wants us to come down to a social Thursday. Walked up to the 4 corners with Frank & Ned & rode the rest of the way. Lunch later March 13. Monday Another cloudy day. J.G. walked down early with Claude & we went over & looked at the river. Then went up town & looked at cravanettes for Mama & didn't get of the office till 9:15. Mr.
