Rained this p.m. I got re-dressed at noon and complimented on it by Gilmore and Gordon when I got back Mr. Gilmore paid his bet with me with five huge copper pennies from his "coin collection". I rode down at night in the car with Lil Struble and she was usually entertaining. Ida was at Edith's to tea and Nancy
took her to the show. Edith's newly papered room is real pretty. We sat near the front at the entertainment & it was quite enjoyable. Mrs. Moore is a sort of a brazen creature and I didn't like her. Miss Craig is amateurish but nice enough (tho' Ida didn't like her). Mr. Ruppersberg is handsome & a pretty good actor, except once he rather ametured a little. "My Uncle's Will" was acted much the best and Miss Miner was a sort of a reproduction of Rosina Vokes in everything but looks.
