town. Rode up with Miss Davidson and talked to her! Got a late good supper & read in the evening. Claude & Mama went to
Charella's recital.

Lovely day. Mama Took a walk at 5:30 and
saw my pretty girl again with her Mother - she lives up
James St. way somewhere
Mama took me over to Page's in the evening to call on
Mrs. Hawthorn. Then Mrs. Allen came, for awhile and afterward I read.
June 28 Wed.
Another lovely day. Mollie Sharp
came last night (saw Ned this
noon) & Lilla comes tonight.
Lottie Davis walked a little way with me
and said Helen said we told such
interesting things about the Fair - not statistics. (I should hope not!) The Behns came over for me to play tennis after supper and
