Mama & I went up to Charlie Vickery's new house (rented)

gave me two - of her & Reba &
of Reba& Nate. Wrote when I got back.

Quite pleasant but cool. Rather busy day.
J.G. says I may stay at the Fair as long as I want to, if
I'll get back by the 20th when he does. We
talked about it quite a while. I did some shopping & was late to
supper. Read this evening.
May 7. Sunday
A lovely day. I stayed in bed till about 10:30. Was so tired. Then
got up and went to S.S. (no breakfast) but no one was there, so took
a little walk (saw John and
Mae) and got home to find
