Stopped at Louise Stowell's for Ned at 6 o'clock & made a little call. Met Ned at noon and she came home with me to-night and after tea Helen and Frank Davis came over and we had an awfully jolly time. She told us her experiences in the "Model Home" at the Fair. About a woman who was "doing it systematic" & had seen "The Columbia House" (Convent) "Crump's Gun!" (Krupp's) The "Anatomy Building" (Anthropological) and how was glad enough to rest in "George Washington's Home" (The Model Workingman's Home) All this done up in her note book in black & white! - and ever so many other experiences just as funny. Papa & Mama met her & enjoyed her very much. Ned & I went to bed soon after they left and not to sleep right off! Nov. 29. Wed. Another rainy horrid day. Went up to Nina's this noon, to borrow a dish for tomorrow and in the afternoon Claude & I went to Bush's & bought 5 pretty
