They have invited us up for next summer's vacation & have asked Ned to call if she comes to N.Y. & I have promised them she shall bring Lilla. Mr. W. started off at dusk & we waited half an hour for the stage - listening to a young man & some children singing "I'm not Baby Ruth, I'll tell you the truth, I'm the man who wrote "After the Ball" and "After the Ball" itself and other like melodies. When we saw the stage go to dock we went down there & got in - & found 5 people in already. The man tickled Mama - putting her
