right to bed - all tired.

the Electoral College. He was appointed to take the message
to Washington. Mary telephoned me this p.m. to come
down tonight to play Pedro
with Helen & Chat Davis - which I did. & we had a
real jolly time and ate popcorn.
Chat says she'll ask
"C.L." to send her to Europe
with us of he wins his $25000 law suit. She also says "there is no
one I would rather go with!"

11:45 a.m. Coming back this noon Mary got out of a car, going up the
hill, because she saw me, and we walked up to my office together (met
Lura) where she made a call &
telephone "Warring" ("Frisk").
Harry Severance is going to
Buffalo in business, & they are all going
to a "function" at his house tonight. Rode my wheel home (just been
cleaned - new cones &c - $2.25) & did it up in papers, for the
winter. Theo showed me his flashlights.
