Ned's - for her to take "Patsey
& Blackey" (cats) with and sat in her room looking at the
London Graphic (she wasn't home) when
Helen & Frank Davis came (on their way to my house) we left a card
- ate some candy &c. &c. & then all walked up together.
Frank teasing to see the pictures. Ned & Edith
were her. We had a jolly time, but didn't show Frank the one with "us" in. I think I
must destroy that negative. We had such a jolly call. I was invited up to
Helen's Tuesday - to supper & the
evening & night. After they all went we had lunch. Then I wrote.
Dec 7. Monday
Stopped for Ned & Rose tonight, but they weren't going to
Gym. Tried to get me to stay with them, but I didn't. Went over & had
a good time. Put off our appointment till Friday. Walked home & sat up
late reading.
Dec. 8. Tues.
Invited the girls up to play Pedro tonight,
but it
poured - so they didn't come. I saw
"Peg" at Gorton &
McCabe's - showed her the prints, saw her proofs &
bade her good-bye. She goes in the morning. Read some and put up
Christmas presents! tonight. Theo
showed me some Genesee Junction &
Thanksgiving pictures
Dec. 9. Wed.
"Soggy" again today. I saw "Clark" on the street.
Charlotte this noon, and walked up with
Mary tonight. Wrote to
GertrudepersName> & talked to the "family" &c. Got
JG's order for
"Barrie" for Papa. He got
the "Stevenson" order yesterday (per me.)

said we looked "like lovers" & we said we were.
