Mama did come & we went to Culrosse's to supper & in the evening Freddie Cross came up and we went over to Behn's & she sang & George Harris played & we had Rhine wine & violets & music & such a jolly time & she liked them & they liked her.

Saturday p.m. I went out to Culver Field & saw Rochester badly beaten at football 47 to 0 in favor of the Hamiltons! but a lovely day. May Townsend & her sweetheart sat in front of me & my Exchange St. man saw me there (he told Con) Con is having lots of fun with me about this unknown admirer & he has sat & watched for me "for years" in his office window &c. &c. but I've found out who it is - tho' Con doesn't know
