the sunset. While we were waiting for the proper moment Con arrived - awheel and the 4 stood
intoning hymns while Jno. took the
picture (after Harvey had found the
view.) Then they came across the road & Mr. D.
fixed the other plate and I pressed the bulb and took the five Vagabonds - thus,

Mon" vests, ties &c Jno
Dumont looked just as tho' he had just stepped out of the
Bonnie Briar Bush," Harvey said. Then Claude
& I came home - cool too. Met Ned
coming for me - she came back to the house and we found Mary here & the girls rode to the
park together - of course I staid & ate supper & afterwards went
up to bed but the night was so lovely I couldn't go. so went out on
Diana again. Met the girls &
Con, coming down the Avenue - and we
all went back to Ned's & played
Pedro. Ned & I beat Mary & Con 2 times out
of 3. Then
Mary played some & we took her
