sat on the piazza & talked & talked. Started home - in
lovely moonlight - around 9:30 - Charlotte says she
loves me. Had a pleasant ride home, stopped for phosphate and bicycle
tickets.

Niagara Falls on the Chamber of Commerce
excoursion. I was busy,
Con rode up with me this morning &
wants to "go somewhere" Sunday - Mary & Ned say
Niagara Falls, and we agree - and there you are!
Frank Davis wanted to ride tonight & I
said "Come on" - Helen came up to
supper & then
Frank came - & Ned & Edith & Claude - all
on wheels - & Con - behind us -
but only
Frank, Helen & I went & Con tried to find us but didn't. They came back here &
ate Lowney's
chocolates and drank lemonade & talked. Later, Theo told us about Kirafy & his
friend- bicycle boys who stopped to see Meta - 2 days.
June 12. Sat.
Pleasant. Worked (hard) till 1:20 or more. Stopped at Ned's & had a chat with her &
Edith. Mary telephoned me this morning that she'd decided to go
Batavia tonight & on to
Buffalo in the morning & ride down to the
Falls with Warren (who stayed with Harry
Severance). She was up to bid me goodbye this p.m. when
she
wasn't in. I lunched & dressed and went to Mrs.
Wagner's about my organdie & thro' new houses on
Grieg St. with
