Mch. 20. Sunday This is a very unusual March - just like April sunny & warm & showery & cool and generally changable. I've been plodding along as usual. Take French twice a week with Prof. (?) Aroix & Charlotte

Helen has stopped. A week ago Friday I spent the evening with Edith & she told me all about Ned - she was up there the Sunday before - & "you don't know anything about her till you go & see" as Edith says with truth. She is much better & her house - & house keeping must be very cute. Mary has had the blues or something - poor child - she takes life so hard - and Helen Davis hasn't been well. I've got my shirt waists made and

they are awfully pretty. Last week Saturday we moved the offices up-stairs tho' we've been living in Forbes' room this week. That is J.G. J.W. M.R. & I but will be in the private offices tomorrow. I caught an awful cold and am coughing yet. I staid in

bed till dinner time last Sunday & after dinner was foolish enough to go to the lake with Con. There was a fine sea on & it was beautiful but bleak - with the waves dashing over the pier. Went to bed at half past six. When I got home (we rode up with Theo & Arno)
