Sunshine, but cold March
winds. Lunched home & walked 3 times. Theo went to
N.Y. tonight (!) So did Ray Hanna (for 3
days) Hamilton
& Milly Davis spent the evening
here & we had a very pleasant time. Cats thick in the neighborhood!
Fri 1911
Horrid wet morning. Cleared
off beautifully this p.m. Everything looks brighter today somehow.
Perhaps because I started by having my tooth out! Began towels tonight.

Sun 1912 see mem. Bright & pleasant but snowy & slippery.
Dolores
was in today awhile to look at "Bermuda"
pictures &c. After dinner - a good one - Mary's
first. We played a while - made colored paper pictures and then all came
away - Mother
home. Nana to Genesee
St & the boys & I over to see Frances. Mrs.
D. sick and Hamilton &
Millie just home. Had a nice play
there then we got back & the boys & Nana staid to supper - Mrs. Likey's baby with
mh crying
Mon 1913 Claude home from N.Y.
& everybody busy on the Albany competition &
went to the Mechanics to supper with
Minette
tonight and she took me to the
Fitzburgh show. Has a nice room in the Homestead.
Staid till 9:30 & then staid up late reading "The Cry in the
Wilderness" at home!
Tues 1914
Some storm but Mother & I went to
Oswego at 10:30 (RW& O) I went to office first.
Jessie Drury Mc Carthy met us at 1:30 & took us
there & then we went to E. 7th St. and the funeral was at
2:30
Trudy's Syracuse
cousins were there & we rode to the cemetery in the sleigh with
Mrs. Couch & Grace Goulding. The
snow very
deep but the sun came out & it was beautiful on the river road.
Mother went to bed at Mrs.
D's
& a nice dinner with all. Then
Mother & I went up to Trudy's and I stayed all
night with her.
