127MAY 6 Fri 1910 Fine Spring morning. Jno. Frey overtook me & took me to the office in his new "Chalmers-Detroit" car. Lunch at Seels. Little red-headed Peterboro girls in Hippo, Marguerite tonight & Frieda's (for picture) Anita's birthday, Read, Did accounts & bait tonight. Edw. VII died Sat 1911 A gorgeously lovely day - but very strenuous for me finishing up specification. Tonight Meta came over for a while. We sat on Frieda's porch first. Slept in den - very tired. but its nearly over. I think. Mon 1912 Quite muggy and disagreeable Banked &c. at noon & went to lunch at Cafeteria with Bess & Mary. Katherine Spencer reports a new Nephew. Went to the Victoria & saw "the coming of Columbus". Read "Colliers" &c tonight. Tues 1913 Lovely day, but coolish. Lydia

 & I took our supper to Genesee Valley Park & had a lovely walk through it & across the meadows &c. It feels good! Wed 1914 Fine! Jim took me to the "Y" (with a dish & then to Brady's this a.m.) (Clover Rd.) Herbert Stern went too & was amusing wrote "Poems" for him today (?) Lunched with my Mother Mary & Bess & tonight Mary
 & I went to see the new stock company in "The Rainbow". not very good. Jim took me home at 5.
