& watched my handsome nephews eat breakfast. At one Claude gave a large luncheon (40) at the
Valley Club for Mr. &
Mrs H.
sat next me & was very charming & entertaining.

Sibley's to dinner & then to
"Betsey Abroad" at the Lyceum (see mem."
Mon 1912 Dr. Daily came to give Mother an osteopathic treatment tonight. Her
Knee still lame. Lunched with Bess & Mary this week.
Tues 1913. Mother went to Autumn

and Jim and I stopped for her tonight
& took Mrs. Arnold home too. (from
Chestnut St.) Was going to
Marguerite's tonight but didn't. It
was horrid weather - cold
Wed 1914
Cloudy. Lunched with Edith
at Duffy's & got a new satchel
with
Mother's stamps. Saw Chattie on the Street. Tonight Irene came and we had a walk and a talk. She
is in- fatuated with E.A.S. I felt
rather blue & very tired. Ruth D
