213JULY 23 Sat 1910 see mem Hot day & busy. I went to the Hospital about two & sat with Father till four. Then came home to bath & a nice supper. (about all I'd had today!) Jack was over this p.m. Also Mrs. Caring & Mrs. Rowe - Frieda & Leslie
went to Trontberry. Sun 1911 Another lovely day - cool. Trudy & I had a nice ride to Minette's & back to Riverside & a lovely walk thro' Riverside. Saw the new chapel with Tiffany windows. Just as we were be getting dinner. Aunt Nellie had one of her fainting spells & was down all day. I went to Drury's & had a chat with Jess at 4 or so & then to Kate's (Bassette's) Trudy came in time for supper and we had a very nice time. Young Milford was there and Carl came in. Tues 1912 Nice day. Lunched with Bess & Mary this noon & had a nice time. Tonight we had the "Perfects" picture at Merrimac tent. Helen,Edith, Lura & I went down together at 5:16. Florence was late of course. Had a nice time. Frank D. came down about 9. I got home some way but the supper was a little too much for me & I was sick. Slept ok. Wed 1913 Fine morning. Jim took Mother, Herbie Stern & I to the Frey house in this new Ford. It looks very nice (both) worked hard and was very tired & depressed tonight. Wrote a lot of letters & cleared out some of my desk. Claude went to Canandaigua to let the Historical Bldg. & Jim stayed home this p.m. to have Helen's picture taken. Rain tonight! Thurs 1914 Fri July 24 Tonight Jim took Mother, Trudy, Bess-Bob and I to the lake in "Mr. Ford". We had supper with Mary & Myra
& then all of us went to Charlotte on 8 o'clock boat. It was very still but very picturesque. Came up by Lake Avenue - & home about 10.
