Bought a spring hat (with Mary's help) embroidered tonight. Girls came to look at our room. Amelie had another operation. Thurs. 1912 Woke at 4 1/2 to find a blizzard out- doors, all cars & trains late. Claude got home from N.Y. Home to lunch. To Claude's to supper. We took the khedkar's brass things and the children enjoyed them immensely. Henry "read" to us out of Char's little hymnal - about "trains" &c. He was fine. Took a bath & went to bed early.
