went out on Monroe Ave to see about having her blue
silk made & tonight went to Miss Limerick's
about my two dresses. They have a nice little flat they showed me (for the
Bakers) but Dr. Coes' Mother is
dead. Mother went to
Autumn chapter at Davises. Fatherto Cro'nest Wed 1911

Mother& I sew, read &c.
together night. 3 lovely sunsets from the back piazza this week.
Fri 1912 Nanais coming back! She's too homesick
for the children - & they for her and Miss
J. wants to go anyway. Don't like company nor housework!

A nice day but getting warm.
Worked till about 2 then shopped &c and went to my
Averell Avenue
dress maker for a session &c came home
and ripped my black foulard dress. Went to bed rather early.
Lovely moonlight & a little breeze. Made a steamer letter for [illegible] (pasted)

Perfect day! Woke at 9.
Breakfast at about 10. Did all sorts of jobs - cleaning up clothes
&c. Dinner (I got.) at 3:30. To
Claude's. Afternoon tea at 5:15. To Florence's - supper with her &
Lou
& Irene Winans at 7:15.
to Davis's - (Chat & Mrs.) Home at 10:15, & wrote
& read a little bit.
