flies! JG. still perturbed in N.Y. Went to Marguerite's (piazza) a little while tonight & then home to read. Father not at all well. Claude had a telegram of our Harry, beginning & ending "Hooray" and saying he'd engaged rooms for them at the Wellington (7th Ave. & 55th I think) Marguerite got a new suit to match my cats!
Wed 1911. A very tremous day. Claude went off to N.Y. tonight with 50 pages (single space) of spec. Gurdon was in. We had a grate fire & sewed tonight. Fri. 1912. Busy. Lunched I with Lura & hustled back (Wolcott Spec.) Tonight was very tired& meant to loaf. Our neighbor Mrs. David Evertt
dine over to spend the evening. Invited us to visit her in "Jordan" this summer.
Sat 1913 Bright sunny morning. River going down slowly. Claude sick (tonsillitis.) Henry still has it & Chan has it now. He has got to wear glasses!! I went up there this p.m. with letters &c. After treating Minette
& taking her to the Hippodrome for her birthday. Coralyn
came home (has been held by the. flood) and We rented a room to the Brown Bros.
Sun 1914 Just about sick with a cold. Home nearly all day. Ruth K. in Syracuse. Frieda's flat O'Grady's & Meta's upper flat all advertised for rent. Went to Unitarian church tonight with Mother to hear Claude's lecture on Theosophy & its relation to life. It was splendid. Came home with them
