99APRIL 8 Fri 1910 E. shopped & lunched with me at Sibley's & we did some errands. Tonight went to see Ruth St Denis do Hindu dances at the Lyceum - Fine! Sat with Bess & Mary who say I must go to Cape Cod. E. got a "special" at 11:30 from her latest beau Mr. Leonard Clark of N.Y. told me all about him & Willard Morse (again) tonight! Sat 1911 Met Louisa at one and we had lunch at the Seneca - women's Lunch club. Mrs. Garnett, Mrs. Mosher, Mrs. Goler, Mrs. Alling &c. spoke to us. Judge Stevens spoke about his juvenile court (Monroe co.) Then we went up to hear Mr. Miner on Civic Beauty - & A.P. Scott. Then to Sibley's & got Louisa a new hat & home. Belle Rogers died at 7 o'clock tonight (an operation Thursday). Mon 1912 Shopped. Frank says Jack McIntosh is in town - for a day & two only. Tonight read &c. Mrs. Rowe has grippe & Marguerite spends her vacation taking care of her. Tues 1913 Frieda invited me to go to the (amateur) "Mikado" tonight. We sat down in the middle & came & went in the new auto. Very elegant. Enjoyed the opera - as always. Wed 1914 Snow! Slush & awful walking. Went for the children at noon & turned them over to Eugenie at the corner. Went down to Frieda's in the evening & chatted awhile with her.
