96APRIL 5 Tues 1910
We "put out"
Anderson today at the directors meeting and it was a
general house cleaning all around. I hope JG feels better. Lunched at
Seel's. Had a chat with Charella & then saw some awfully good things (20 of them)
at the Hippodrome.
F & M's
about pictures tonight and then wrote framed
pictures, gilded &c all evening. Sent
Trudy a framed picture of Marguerite & framed one for myself. It
was very warm after noon.
Wed 1911
Busy at office and at
home with the children's bib's which I am cross stitching.
Marguerite was over a little while.
Fri 1912
A lovely day. Claude told me the children's hair was
shingled & it made me
cry. Tonight Bohachek took me all over the new station - which is well
started. It was wonderful. Reinhardt
talked "brick" to me &c. It is so enormous and so fine!
Sat 1913
Cool again & some snow.
Went to Mc Curdy's & got a pretty new hat
this noon. Worked this p.m. Jim
made a model house for the childs welfare - lovely Stern helped &c. &c. Tonight
Minette
(pink & brown) mine is black & burnt orange. Now bath
& bed!
Sun 1914
Home all day "resting".
Just about sick, read &c. The children were down a little while
only, in the afternoon.
