74MARCH 14 Mon 1910 Deep snow storm again! Beck Perkins funeral this a.m. & Lillian's this p.m. Mother & I went after lunching at Sibley's. The day was dreary & the house full and the service far from comforting no singing & Went to office later - Alice Bradshaw 21 today - now her engagement ring (a secret). Ethel Flack had an accident Saturday & wasn't there. To Meta's

 Tues 1911 A lovely spring like day. Walked down & didn't work very hard. Lura hustling to get away to N.Y. Mr. Parry gave her a big bunch of violets. Went to the Hippo. at night (good) and had a long visit with Meta this even- ing. She told me all about Amelie - who had an operation on her breast yesterday Thurs 1912 Gurdon came in like a fresh breeze this a.m. & later Sherby
 - like a blast from the other side - such a contrast! CFB had letter from Hampden & Hutchins
. We are busy. Mary Murray is making me 3 white shirt waists. I was fitted tonight & then went had a long talk with Farquaharson. Tonight Marguerite was over & then we read aloud. Fri 1913 Mother & Coralyn
 went to a YWCA Party tonight and I went to the Seneca with Mrs. Laffray & then with her to Shubert to see Mr Hodge in "The Road to Happiness" - a'fly good - Then she took me to Sandrel's
for a rabbit (Long Island!). Home late of course. Sat 1914 Slush & disagreeable. Went to the Illustration exhibit at the Bevier Bldg.
this p.m. Then home for a bath &c. & then to Chat's & with her and Frankto the Ojibway dinner - 24 there sat between Frank & Jno Graham & had quite a good time. John
 's bride was there.
