Was up at 5:30 (upstairs)
Fresh snow about 10 in deep! Shoveled &c. went to creamery in the "up" car
track (no "down" for an hour or so. Snowed off & on all day. Came home to
lunch ok. More "Anne" stories from Hanna

apologized to her for a word said 3 months ago (she held out for it.) Rode up
with CFB
tonigh. Mr. Cooper
the Theosophist here. Read in evening Snow very deep - cats floundered in it.
Still sleeping in third story.
Sun. 1911
Another gray day. Letitia brought the children
down on the
"bobaggan" this a.m & we went up to dinner. Mrs.
Greene was there. Afterward Mother & I took them over to Frances Davis'. They were all 3 so cute.
Sang to the piano - played - talked &c. &c. The gold fish were
in a dish pan - the globe broke & there was a fine snow house in the back
yard &c. We just got in & the boys
were admiring Gran'ma's
flag when Nana came for them. Then
Mother & I wrote letters & now supper
& reading.
Mon. 1912
Busy day. Home to lunch &
went to the dentist at four. Saw Harper's baby's
picture (Isabele) and had a little chat with J.G. - just back from Egypt &
dressed so gaily! Mother & I read a little tonight. Went to bed rather
early.
Wed. 1913.
A cold day.
Lydia
out tonight & the other three of us had a cozy grate
fire. Read & dozed. She came later & finished up. Heard
Booker Washington at Institute this noon.
Wed 1914
10º below zero this morning!
Rode down with CFB & our boys
(going to school) Lunched at Sibley's
alone & had a dress tried on at Olsen's (blue &
green) Rode up with Amelie
tonight and went to Cro'nest to
dinner with Claude, Mother, Mal
& the boys. We had a pleasant evening but I was tired & it was
very cold.
