Developed film at 5 in developer
A strenuous day. Sat up till all hours writing &c. tho' I didn't intend to tonight. Mother went to a missionary dinner at noon - but I came home and got my own. Marguerite sent candy over.
Tues. 1911 Colder - late this a.m. & very busy (Mr. Rogers &c.) Helen
went on the Empire, after buying a new silk dress. I finished the "Sale" bibs (1/2 dozen) tonight, Marguerite was over & told us about her visit to Dansville over Sunday. I was up late sewing bibs - cash acct. writing &c. &c.
Thurs. 1912 Still lovely weather & moonlight. Lunched with Lura, Millie & Hamilton. Claude is giving lectures Thursday to a crowd at Mrs. Allen's & proves popular went over to Marguerite tonight. Fri. 1913 Still real busy and am feeling really very much used up, headachy & hot. Lunched at McCurdy's - worked rather late. (Jim takes me home nights usually) Miss Kingsley went to Palmyra, Mrs. Nash called, Brown boy 90 tomorrow. Sat 1914. Up before 7(!) Breakfast in Mabel's room. To 42nd St. & Weehawken by 8:35 & on to Saugerties at 11:31. Nearly died of sleepiness! Alice & Nan at train. Drove to Obercliff. Saw dear Cousin! who seemed to know me. Harriette
, Anna & Herb - & 2 lovely dogs. Larry ("Pa") & Sandy. After dinner chatted & to Poultney Bigelow's at 4. Inez Buck - a charming young actress - there & Mrs. B. & "Colon" & "Panama" - the hound. Talked of the theatre. Lucy Dodge (Mrs. Walter Rosen) Langdon [illegible] pictures &c. &c. Such a good supper & a pleasant evening after. Cousin Carrie pretty bad in mind.
