137MAY 16 Mon. 1910 A "happy Birthday" today (See Mem) Marguerite came over to "with" me & I went down with her. Home to lunch (strawberry short cake) and to dinner (ice cream) Dolores came over tonight a little while. Then Papa read & then Mother & I played flinch & I wrote a lot of letters. The girls were so nice to me. I'm thinking of trading off my old camera for a new one. Saw Price about it & consulted Farquarson Tues. 1911

Not so pleasant Rain in night. Mother gave me a nice folding umbrella Lura a jabot Edith "Miss Grobie Gamel". Chat a purses a nice letter & cards from Dem Mate & Kate.
A dollar from Trudy &c. Letitia, Mother & I went to "The Servant in the House
tonight Mr. Hampden was wonderful I could look at no one else. A Christ chanter which one false note would have utterly Spoiled - but he was perfect. So was Mrs. H.
as the little girl.
Wed. 1912 I'm, let's see 1912 - 1865 = 47 today - whew! I don't feel as old as usual today - Got some nice presents and notes &c. & wrote some tonight. A very rainy day & a busy one. Lunched with "Klemmy G" at the Cafeteria. Fri. 1913 My birthday. It was celebrated all day, too Packages, Flowers & things. The boys were so nice Mr. Stern asked my age (persistently) I told him Henry wd tell him. Went to Claude's to a birthday dinner, with cake with presents in it - wild flowers around &c.! went over to Lydias

Sat. 1914 My birthday. A perfect day 2 auto loads (1) Clarence,
Bohacheck Miss Taylor me (2) Jim Helen. Charlotte Moegge (Stern list) went to Canandaigua this p.m. It was simply fine! I Kept the route book we detoured at Mendon - saw lovely shower over the lake Mr. Mitluken
took us thro' the Historical Bldg.
(fine) & the church after we came back we went to the lake with Miss Taylor & then Clarence & HB. brought her home (about 9) Ruth K. sat back from sea - breeze & Mother from Claude's (see mem)
