75MARCH 15 Tues 1910 4 or 5 inches of snow this a.m. & cold - but the sun came out tonight (but not warm) later. Home to lunch. A man came to look at our room - but not permanent. Went to Mrs. Short's tonight and Amelie was over. Lura & Mrs. B are looking for a flat & Frank is getting ready to move home. Enjoy having Mary in the building. A nice visit with her today. & a telephone from Mary D. JG. away - option day! Wed 1911 Warm & Sunny this morning - rain this noon & al- most a blizzard & so cold - tonight. Wrote Booth Specifications. Henry & Chan were here to dinner - & dear. Went out to the Pinnacle club & to the Ojibway dinner to night 23 people there (see mem) Had a real good time - sat between Jno Graham & Mr. Clark. Had quite a talk with Herbert Stull, Chat & Kitty C. Fri 1912 Quite unpleasant - rain & freezing &c. Henry's feet were asleep & he said "I must get down, Channie my feel are buzzing! Tonight went to the Ojibway dinner at the Pinnacle Club. It was late & we sat in the smoking room first. Had a good fine between Billy DeGraff & Mr. Townsend (of Bright Place Creamery) with Mrs. Clark, Mr. Perrin, Kitty C. & Sam G & [illegible]. Sat 1913 Mrs L. phone that Lydia
didn't make her bargain for the Road House - She'd heard indirectly. Mother rented the upstairs room to a nurse and Coralyn
moved down to Lydia's
(my) room. I was home most of the p.m. Read & played flinch &c. Taught Mother "Solitaire"
Sun 14. To Mrs. Buggs to dinner with Mother & then up to Cro'nestspent an hour with the children in the playroom Then went to the Art Gallery with Ruth
to see Sherby's
things (& some lovely ones of [illegible]) & saw Hebert Stern. Then home to write &c. Bright afternoon. The big snow are melting back! Henry recited all of "old Ironsides" he learned by himself.
