Saturday 1910. (see mem) Jack and Fred moved out this p.m. I was home to lunch & shopped afterward. At five went to the Hippodrome, then to Sibley's to supper (where I saw Matie & Bob and the children & then for a little more shopping & to Cro'nest later. Claude & Letitia were putting up sandwiches for the Alembic Club
& Claude walked down with me & carried them. Later I wrote letters &c and now will read a little. Sun 1911. It was dark this a.m. & poured just after Mother got home from church. I made prints & took some books over to Marguerite & finally went to Cro'nest tho' I felt badly, but we had such a good dinner (Claude had a stag party to Otto Cushing last night) & the children
were so dear. I made a "hangar" for H's flying machine & read a long Jno Martin letter to Chan - Read at home. Mon 1912 "Bloody Monday!" Mr. Stern calls it. Claude got home just in time to settle up some Forbes
matters. Mother has a bad cold. I lunched at Sibley's *with Lura & "Marie". (*no-31st) Letters & accounts tonight. Wed 1913. Herb. Caswell was in today, to help Gurdon out at the Automobile Show. He was nice as ever. Tonight I went to hear Mr. Rogers
on "The Law of Karma" - good - Chat & Lura were there Thur 1914 Mild & sunny. Lunched with Bess & Mary & they consulted me about going to Bermuda in summer. Chan says he has chickenpox "on his back and on his front."
