Cloudy. Mother went to Victor to a
Miss'y meeting and Helen
went back to Little Falls. It started in and poured
again - all day & evening long. I got my Mountain pictures. Lunched
with Mary & Bess at Sibley's this noon
& 'phoned Edith &
Mrs. Tait. Tonight fixed photos, all the evening (old
books &c) & tended cats. Frieda
has a Victrola. Dorothy Frey
is six years old today.
Fri. 1911
Cloudy & dark. Claude went off with some clients and
Frank
were both out this p.m. so
Bohachek & I were alone. By 5 o'clock it
was pouring & cold rain. I went to the
Hippo - but it was worse afterward. Spent the
evening at home, sewing & reading - & glad to be there - a nice letter
from
Bessie Ball. Hot bath felt good & so does our furnace
fire.
Saturday 1912.
A gorgeous Autumn day.
We did up a lunch & Nana came with
Hammon's Auto at 9. & took the children &
Lydia
for & me to the farm to get the bees! Got 4 hives &
took Chan back at noon (lovely ride)
Miss F.Henry & I wandered about wood &
fields - rested under an apple the and finally went to
Webster for the 3:10 car. Miss F.
raved over Cro'nest. Nana made us tea &c.

Mon 1913 Mary Gridley in
Boston, she wrote me a nice letter. Our
little Felix is a joy forever! Warm pleasant weather all
the time!

Cooler. Cad Goler (just back from
') lunched with me today. Went to the
Victoria
tonight. After dinner read "The Women Haters" to Mother. Lovely day.
