223AUGUST 12 Fri. 1910 A beautiful day. Came home to lunch and missed dear Father. More letters to answer tonight. Went with Miss McA. to get her vacation pictures tonight. They were good & so were Bess & Mary's I got yesterday. Hanna still telling me "Ann" stories and Bridgman taking baby pictures - wish I could find Will Filmer & Marion W. spent p.m. with Mother. Sat 1911 Lovely day. Jim away (Youngstown?) This p.m. I went down to the hite City & visited Bess H. & Mary D. & Mary Gridley. Sewed in p.m. on the lovely piazza & then went in swimming (fine!) and ate a big supper afterwards. Saw Mary & Nellie a little while & left about 8:30. Meteors & moonlight going home. Mon 1912 Busy & late tonight, and rather a busy day, of course (Monday) Read & played flinch a little with Mother tonight. She had a nice letter from Claude. Tues 1913. A lovely morning. Went to the Blacksmiths! & after breakfast down to fish (Henry caught one) and then walked up to do " [illegible] House" & saw the 100 yr. old Wall paper (& Miss Jaquish & the Willards) Started for the Station about 10:15 (Nana driving) at Williamson happened on Jno. Frey and Theo. & went home with them in the Auto - around by Ontario &c 35 miles per hr, some of the time! Home at one. Tonight Fred and Clara
called. Did accounts.
Wed 1914 Cool, clear & fine. Lunched with Edith at Sibley's& walked down to the banks. Went to the Gordon & saw "call of the North ("confuser's Home") Rob't Edison tonight. Chas. Willard called half an hour (on his way to tutor at Spring Lake) Ruth
came later. Late supper & bed!
