352DECEMBER 1 Fri. 1910 Busy on NYC specifications all day but enjoyed it. Went to Hippo tonight. There was a fire - Cigar store - on Main St. & "Dolly Dimples" made an awful crowd. The twins
slept up here tonight as Meta goes to a party with Leslie
& Frieda. Sat. 1911 Mild. Shopped this this p.m. Lunched with Lura & Frank. Tonight went & Mrs. Augustus Wolfe's to dinner. She is adorable & as lovely - looked about 18. (She has a son that age!) We get on fine - a delicious dinner. Mrs. MacMath
 was the other - harmless but rather boresome - talks about herself a lot. They both came home in the Auto. with me.CFB very busy - station steel going up fast. Mon. 1912 Saw Bess & Mary at Sibley's lunched down almost all the time. Tomorrow night Lydia
 & I are going to see Sarah Bernhardt in a moving picture "Queen Elizabeth" (did) Tues. 1913 Everything Chamber & Com. posters today. Went down & saw them up - fine. (in auto) Roy Bartlett leaving says he has enjoyed here so much. We are invited to Jim's to dinner Thursday. Lunched with Mother at Sibley's autumn chap. day. Wed. 1914 Snow & must. Mother & Harriette
 & I lunched together at Sibley's. Irene came in us p.m. & told me about E.A.S. taking her for a ride last night - &c. &c. C.U. 'phoned (so did Florence) & I went down and saw her between 5 & 6. I am fond of the "lady". Then I went to the Rochester & Harriette
 was my guest &c. dinner & later came up home & spent the eve.
