341NOVEMBER 28 Mon. 1910 Still dark & a sticky snowstorm this p.m. & evening. Home to dinner - walked down with Ruth C. This p.m. my second new under- wood typewriter came - in the midst of the Sloan addition specifications! Tonight made a roaring fire (to heat up Moyer) & read aloud to Mother's & played solitaire. Yesterday night Mother & I went over to say goodbye to Theo - also goes to Ithaca today - & see the 2 new flats at #40. Tues. 1911 Lunched with Mrs. B. & Lura & did a little shopping. Mr. R. in this p.m. just from Batavia. Went to Hippo. tonight. Get dreadfully tired for no apparent cause lately. Am copying Claude's (A Bielski) horoscope - astonishing! Thurs. 1912 Thanksgiving day. A nice sunny one. Up late & had a nice morning "fussing". Claude, the children & Nana came for us in a taxi & took us to the Club via Mr. Deyos on South Ave. (to leave magazines & apples) A good dinner - Sibley's windows (again) some [illegible] pictures (!) for the children & home (all but C & Nana) to a nice afternoon & after they went all evening by the fire with Mother. Claude went to N.Y. suddenly - the crisis in his love affair! Fri. 1913 Cloudy &c. I had Mal Wilkinson down to lunch and she seemed to enjoy it. We went up to the Birthday shop afterwards. I fixed pictures &c. in the evening. Was very tired. Sat. 1914 Still lovely. C.U. came in a little while. Had Alice & Nan to lunch (crazy about the grandchild) & we went out to the all gallery. Then I went to persName>Davises & then to Florence's to a tea - a nice one - Irene walked down must to Ella Durney's with me & I dined with her & Captain & Miss Greenwood & met Jennie Clark. Then took Lura & Mrs. Penfield to see "Neptune's Daughter" nearly dead by bedtime ([illegible])
