65MARCH 5 Sat 1910 Fine spring weather. River very high but little driftwood. Went to Hippodrome this noon. Claude moved & his new offices are fine. Went up into the tower with Miss Mc A.
tonight & then to Sibley's to meet Mother & also met Mary & Nellie & we ate together at Dora Odle's table. Crowd came! Then we went to Mrs. Fahey's & got Mother's new switch (after waiting) & to Reed's for candy & McCurdy's, Edward's, Burke's & Duffy's. Mrs. Rowe & Marguerite were at Sibley's, cats were lost for awhile & then played fine.
Sun 1911 Lovely day - but very cold early this a.m. I felt rather rocky & read Tapling's "Action's & Reactions" - good, Claude's to dinner - boys in Alfred's sailor suits. I tried for pictures. Nana went out, & later Claude. I cut out paper dolls for them &c. Chan says "I am got some lodgers - with cannin
!" &c. Also he's going to the dog show. When I got home I made fudge & loafed - read &c. Don't feel first rate these days.
Tues 1912 Pleasant & cold. Got down early & worked on. Barnard's plumbing with Jim off and on. Lunched with Bess & Mary. I think they will go on with their house (with Horace Hatton) Tonight went to Hippo (an hour & a half!!) & finished my Bermuda book tonight. Wed 1913

Nice day (over head) This noon met Mother & the children (an Miss Godyrie
's school) at Duffy's looking at the model of the Panama Canal. Ate there. Tonight went to Lura's to dinner with Chattie and then to Mr. Roger
's lecture in Theosophical Rooms. Lydia
decided definitely to go back to W.
Thurs 1914 Went out for Henry to school this noon (picture). Fine sunny day - snow still very deep. Transcribed a poem for Mr. Stern this p.m. "I ask for Love"? Mr. Hampden in for a little while this p.m - to say goodbye. Claude has ulcerated tooth. Tonight Ruth
& I went to [illegible] (the Violas danced & "celluloid Sara" played) sat by Bess & Mary. Home early
