147MAY 26 Thurs 1910 Rainy. Came home at noon. Claude bro't Chan & Henry down in the new Express cart (to the home) this a.m. They play "circus" now! Tonight read and tried to go to bed early - very tired. Fri 1911 Fine weather. Bess & Mary have given up Decoration Day trip. Home noon. This p.m. CFB went to Sherby's
 Jim & " Rob" to the ball game & Marguerite called on me. I came home rather late for a nice little supper with Mother & then read a little. Tired - tried to go to bed early! The Mac Arthur's moved to the Lake. Sun 1912 A perfect day. Got up early (Peter slept on my bed in the den!) & went to the office about 9:30 & worked till 10 one. Went to Claude's & ate on the piazza. It was beautiful! Walked over to South Ave. with Miss J & the boys & CFB. They went to "Lilac Day" & Claude & I to the Corris' (not home) & Fiskes (for a nice little visit). Then to the office & I worked till after 7 & developed a film. After late supper went over to Meta's awhile Frieda, Herma, Dick &c. were there. Mon 1913 A cold dark disagreeable day. Went to the dress makers at 5 & nearly froze waiting hours for Lydia
 to get thro' so I could have my turn & my supper. We walked home to a late supper Tues 1914 CFB. went to Toronto. Awfully hot & the office all torn up to be redecorated &c. Lunched with B & Magain came home with Jim& his family (who had been & Mrs. Stewarts funeral. Ruth
's mother went home. Miss river spent the evening here.
